This Level 2 Award in Food Safety & Hygiene covers everything catering staff need to handle food safely and legally. It meets the requirements set out by the Food Standards Agency (FSA) and is aligned to the Highfield and RSPH Level 2 syllabus structure — making it suitable as a foundation for accreditation.

The course is designed for all food handlers — front-of-house staff who handle open food, kitchen assistants, prep cooks, and supervisors new to food safety management.
